Family Tree On Tap
We’ve got three limited-release beers hitting the taps starting Wednesday, April 19. Stop dragging your feet or you’ll regret it for the rest of your life.
Family Tree – This Belgian is a hop forward pale ale with subtle tartness, big yeast notes and a fruity/juicy hop note. It is a collaboration with 4 other local breweries who have deep roots to Flying Dog (DC Brau, Manor Hill Brewing, Vanish Farmwoods Brewery, Waredaca) that was created for the Craft Beer Conference. (We’ll have a limited amount of 6 packs available)
Sub Rosa IPA with Toasted Coconut – Do you like pinã coladas? Us too. This is our take with toasted coconut and a perfect blend of hops that mimic pineapple flavors (denali and Centennial). Lactose (milk sugar) is added to give sweetness to the beer.
Parks and Recreation –A pale ale with a light and crisp malt profile alongside a clean Ale yeast. It’s simple by design to let the hops shine through. We used Mosaic (a brewery favorite) and an experimental variety that had bold tropical fruit and citrus notes that we thought complimented Mosaic’s signature berry and catty notes that we love.
