To celebrate the release of our Dead Rise OLD BAY Cookbook, Wit & Wisdom Executive Chef Zack Mills has put together a beer and food pairing on Wit on the Water featuring: 

  • Bloodline Blood Orange Ale with Maryland Blue Crab lettuce cups 
  • Pearl Necklace Oyster Stout with Chesapeake oyster shooters 
  • Dead Rise OLD BAY Summer Ale and grilled lamb merguez skewers (Chef Zack’s cookbook contribution)
  • The Truth Imperial IPA with dessert by Executive Pastry Chef Dyan Ng
